Step 2: Design Proposal & Quotation
Our team provides CAD drawings, material options, and a tailored quotation based on your brief.
Step 3: Fast Sampling
We quickly produce a prototype or sample-usually within 5-10 working days-for your review.
Step 4: Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once the sample is approved, we finalize specifications and confirm your order upon deposit payment.
Step 8: Balance Payment & Shipment
Upon final approval, you settle the balance and we arrange timely shipment to your destination.
Step 7: Final Inspection
A random final inspection is conducted-either internally or via third-party-before delivery approval. We can offer inspection report free of charge.
Step 6: In-Process Quality Control
Our QC team performs strict inspections during production to ensure consistent quality and finish.
Step 5: Mass Production Begins
We initiate full-scale production according to your approved specs, with clear timelines and progress updates.
